Shipping policy
This translation is provided for information only. The Polish version is binding.
The rules for order fulfilment, delivery and payment are set out in §§ 4 and 5 of the Terms.
Delivery area
The Seller delivers only within the Republic of Poland.
Delivery time
- The Seller prepares the order for dispatch within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract or, for online payments, of the payment being credited, unless the Product description states a different time or the parties agreed a different time before the order was placed.
- The parcel is delivered within up to 3 business days of dispatch. Once the parcel is dispatched, the Customer receives an email with a tracking number.

Products are delivered by a courier company (in particular DPD) to the address given in the order. The delivery cost is also shown in the cart and in the order form before the order is placed.
Personal collection is possible at the Seller’s premises (Spytkowice 572, 34-745 Spytkowice, Poland) after arranging a time in advance at +48 601 836 919 or karstyl@interia.pl.
Payment methods
- Payment card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay;
- BLIK;
- Apple Pay, Google Pay;
- Klarna — on the terms set by Klarna;
- Cash on delivery — paid when the parcel is received.
Online payments are made when the order is placed. Product prices are gross prices including VAT, stated in Polish złoty.
Receiving the parcel
The Seller recommends checking the condition of the parcel in the courier’s presence and drawing up a damage report if it is damaged. Not drawing up a report does not limit the Customer’s right to complain. The complaint rules are described on the Returns and complaints page.
